SOFTWARE SUPPORT TYPE SUBJECT TO AGREEMENT (Select ONE only)
  • Gold Support – Telephone/E-Mail, Remote Access, On-site and Upgrade support. Comprehensive support package with 72 hour guaranteed response time. 7 days a week. Calls assigned by ticket method with priority given to idle systems. On-site included for 25 callouts, whereafter a £50.00+VAT flat charge is logged. Yearly fee £1300+VAT per System
  • Silver Support – Telephone/E-Mail, Remote Access and Upgrade support. Support package with 72 hour response time. 7 days a week. Optional On-site support provided at the rate of £50.00+VAT per callout. Yearly fee £750.00+VAT per System (Excl. free Call-out)
  • Bronze Support – Telephone support only. Basic support package 72 hour response time. 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). Calls assigned by ticket method with priority given to idle systems. On-site included for 25 callouts, whereafter a £50.00+VAT flat charge is logged. Subsequent yearly fee £400.00+VAT per System
  • No Renewal – For users who do not wish an extended warranty.

  • INTELISOFT and CUSTOMER agree that the terms and conditions as set out on the following pages of this Agreement are made a part hereof. CUSTOMER, by signing this Agreement, acknowledges that he has read said terms and is subject to same.
